Emma
Director
As a director of Plumbcraft my days are spent making sure all the administrative and financial needs of the business are tended to ensuring the business runs smoothly. I am involved in all aspects of the business on a daily basis from marketing and maintaining supplier relationships to HR and logistics. I love to travel and enjoy active holidays such as skiing and scuba diving - one of my favourite trips was kayaking down the Ardeche with the family and sleeping in a hammock by the side of the river

I coach a local grassroots football team, play golf and have a passion for travel, particularly off the beaten track or active holidays.

Excellent service right from the beginning.
Wayne who came to give a quote was very pleasant and explained everything. Girls in the office were helpful and courteous at all times.
Engineer who fitted our new boiler was professional worked well and efficiently there was minimal disruption and completed the job a lot quicker than expected.
Would not hesitate in recommending Plumbcraft.

I used Plumbcraft for the first time today and am extremely impressed with the service they provided. Phil, the technician arrived early and worked quietly, efficiently and tidily and was polite and pleasant. I didn't have any tidying up to do when he'd gone either which was a bonus. Phil was also able to give advice on another job I want doing in the future. I can thoroughly recommend Plumbcraft for their first class service and will definitely be using them in the future.
Jill Mason
This business fully deserves a 5-star review. There was a comprehensive initial consultation including advice about which central heating boiler best suited our needs. The boiler was then installed within a couple of days by a competent, pleasant, and tidy worker who arrived at the planned time. There was follow up to ensure everything was to satisfaction afterwards. Very happy customer and would recommend. Thank you.
Linda Plummer
