Excellent service right from the beginning.
Wayne who came to give a quote was very pleasant and explained everything. Girls in the office were helpful and courteous at all times.
Engineer who fitted our new boiler was professional worked well and efficiently there was minimal disruption and completed the job a lot quicker than expected.
Would not hesitate in recommending Plumbcraft.

I used Plumbcraft for the first time today and am extremely impressed with the service they provided. Phil, the technician arrived early and worked quietly, efficiently and tidily and was polite and pleasant. I didn't have any tidying up to do when he'd gone either which was a bonus. Phil was also able to give advice on another job I want doing in the future. I can thoroughly recommend Plumbcraft for their first class service and will definitely be using them in the future.

This business fully deserves a 5-star review. There was a comprehensive initial consultation including advice about which central heating boiler best suited our needs. The boiler was then installed within a couple of days by a competent, pleasant, and tidy worker who arrived at the planned time. There was follow up to ensure everything was to satisfaction afterwards. Very happy customer and would recommend. Thank you.

I am a first time Customer of Plumbcraft and had a new boiler installed. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and gave me the guidance that I needed as it is the first time that I have had a new boiler installed. They made the process easy and were very efficient at getting everything sorted. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Prompt, polite and efficient plumber and his apprentice who worked to time , explained issues clearly , gave good advice and left the place clean on completion. Our 20+radiators are now squeaky clean and ready for winter! I would highly recommend the service.

I needed a new boiler fitting and from the initial quotation done online to the new boiler being fitted I received great service throughout. The new boiler was fitted quickly and efficiently with the old boiler taken away, there was minimal mess and the staff are so nice and friendly! Would definitely use again if I need any further work doing.
