We may recommend powerflushing the heating system when replacing the boiler, because this is the most effective way to clean the heating system, and produces the best results and our surveyor will be happy to discuss this with you.

A magnetic system filter helps to protect the new boiler and extends the life of the boiler, in some cases you may get a longer warranty on the boiler if you install a magnetic system filter at the same time as you install the boiler. However you can choose whether you want it or not.

No – gas boilers will not be banned from 2025, it is likely however, that new build properties from 2025 will not achieve the 75% – 80% carbon reduction targets they have been given with a gas-fired boiler.

Some gas boilers are now ready for future technology and advancements as they are rolled out including hydrogen ready and hybrid technology that can be combined with renewable heat sources – ask for more information.

Yes, Plumbcraft is Gas Safe registered and all our engineers are also registered with Gas Safe and have a minimum of 5 years experience so every boiler we install is registered with the local authority and you will receive a building regulations certificate once the boiler has been commissioned.
