First check to see if you can resolve the issue yourself by following these easy steps

1. If you have a combi boiler check the pressure. If the pressure has dropped to below 1 bar top up the pressure to between 1 and 1.5 bar by following the instructions in the user manual

2. If it’s very cold outside check if the condensate pipe is frozen and defrost the pipe

3. Check if the controller needs new batteries

4. If you have an oil or LPG boiler check that you have fuel in your tank.

If you’ve done that and the boiler still isn’t working first check to see if it is covered under the manufacturers warranty – if it is give the manufacturer a call to book in a free repair.
